Last updated: October 18, 2026
This policy explains what data slowcoloring.com (“slowcoloring”, “we”) collects when you use the site and what we do with it. The site is operated by SV HUB S.R.L., CUI 51977418, registered office at Ielelor Nr. 16, Ap. 1, Moșnița, Timiș County, Romania, which is the data controller. Contact: [email protected].
The short version
- You do not need an account. We never ask for your name or email to print or color a page.
- Coloring online happens in your browser. Your colored pages are saved only on your device and are never uploaded.
- Like every website, our servers receive basic technical data (server logs) to deliver the pages and keep them secure.
- If we turn on statistics and ads, every visitor, from any country, is asked for consent first. Nothing optional runs before you say yes.
- The site is made for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
What we collect
Data stored only on your device
Your paper size choice (Letter or A4), your coloring in progress and your cookie choice are saved in your browser’s local storage. We cannot see them. You can delete them at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.
Server logs
Our hosting provider and our content delivery provider (Cloudflare) receive technical data with each request: IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. We use it to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix errors, and we keep it only as long as needed for these purposes. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Statistics (Google Analytics 4)
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are used, printed or downloaded. Google Analytics loads only after you click “Accept” in the cookie message, wherever you are. If you click “Only necessary”, or if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, it does not load at all. You can withdraw at any time with the cookie settings link or on the Your Privacy Choices page. We do not send names, emails or other identifiers to Google. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Ads (Google AdSense)
To keep the pages free, we plan to show ads through Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to show, measure and personalize ads, but only after you agree through the consent message, wherever you are. Without your consent, only non-personalized ads are shown. You can learn how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Ads are never shown on printed pages or inside PDFs.

Who receives data
Our hosting provider (netcup GmbH, Germany), Cloudflare, Inc. (content delivery and security) and, for statistics (and ads, once enabled), Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC. Some of these providers may process data in the United States; such transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights in the EU, the EEA and the UK
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. You can also complain to a supervisory authority; in Romania this is the ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
Your US state privacy rights
Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or Texas), you may have the right to know what personal information we process, to delete or correct it, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and of targeted advertising. We ask for consent before any data is shared for ads. If you agreed and change your mind, you can opt out at any time on the Your Privacy Choices page; we also honor the Global Privacy Control signal from your browser automatically. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. You may use an authorized agent. We answer requests within 45 days at [email protected].

Children
This website is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, write to us and we will delete it.
Retention and security
Server logs are deleted after a short period (usually within 30 days). Statistics data is kept in Google Analytics for the retention period set in our account, at most 14 months. The site has no accounts, no forms and no database of visitors, which keeps the data we hold to a minimum.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and change the date at the top.
