Christmas Ornament Template
Nine free ornament template sheets for adults: large round, teardrop and onion ornaments, star and bell ornaments, 4 and 9 per page, blank banded ornaments to decorate and silhouettes, on Letter or A4.
What is on these pages
Ornament outlines with a cap and a loop: a round bauble, a teardrop with a pointed finial, an onion ornament, a star and a bell. Print one large ornament per page, four per page or nine small ones. Two sheets divide the ornaments into bands with zigzags, waves, scallops and dots, ready to color, and one sheet has solid silhouettes for stencils.
Printing and cutting
- Print at 100% on Letter or A4. Cardstock (65 to 110 lb) gives ornaments that hang flat.
- Punch a small hole in the loop, or cut the loop off and tape a ribbon to the back.
- For a double sided ornament, print two copies, color both and glue them back to back.
Ideas
Hang colored paper ornaments on the tree, use them as gift tags, trace the shapes onto felt for sewn ornaments, or make a garland from the nine-per-page sheet. The banded ornaments are good for trying a palette: alternate two colors and add gold or silver on the thin bands.
